Purpose

Oversee the management and coordination of a set of related projects in order to achieve strategic business objectives. Program management involves planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling, and executing a group of projects that are interdependent and interconnected in order to achieve specific business goals.

Description

We can provide support and facilitate the overall direction, and guidance for the program management efforts within your organization. We will work with executive leadership to establish program management requirements and the managers involved to ensure processes and procedures that support the organizational objectives and facilitate the accomplishment of the work. We ensure that processes are in place to align projects with the overall program goals and that the program is delivering value to the organization.

  • Facilitate establishment and socialization of strategic business objectives
  • Determine the best organizational approach for program management including hybrid and agile approaches if appropriate
  • Define program management processes and responsibilities
  • Ensure the defined programs align with the organizational strategic plan
  • Mentor program and project managers to utilize agreed processes
  • Asses what project and other work fit into various programs
  • Support the development and implementation of resource management plans and processes to ensure the optimization of resources and human talent.
  • Determine gaps in skills, resources, and capabilities to reach established strategic business objectives
  • Facilitate the development of program-level risk and issues management processes
  • Ensure quality standards, processes, and program-level KPIs are established in line with organizational objectives
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration
    • Rolling out the changes involved in the program management processes
    • Ensure communication processes are a part of the program management process collection
  • Determine needs for organizational training and change management efforts

Project Management

Purpose

Ensure the successful completion of projects, as it provides a framework for managing projects efficiently and effectively while delivering the desired results.

Utilize a structured approach to provide the tools and processes to plan, organize, execute, control, and close a specific project in order to achieve the project goals and objectives while meeting the constraints of scope, time, cost, and quality.

The use of specific knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to deliver something of value to people and the organization.

We ensure that processes are in place to facilitate effective project management to deliver value for the organization.
